About the founder
Evangelist Gilbert is a licensed evangelist with an evangelism calling on her life. She's married to Kelvin Gilbert, a loving and supportive husband. Together with their combined family they have ten children and twenty + grandchildren. She's a member of The Sanctuary Church located in Saint Louis. She's a prayer warrior and she's sold out to God. Evangelist Gilbert has a heart for souls.
Her Vision
Evangelist Gilbert's vision is to reach the lost by any means necessary but without compromise. To accomplish this goal she reaches out with the word of God to educate, motivate, encourage and to compel people to turn their hearts unto God. Her main purpose is to win souls for Christ.

Her Story
Tammy L. Gilbert's life is a testimony of God's grace, resilience, and purpose.
As the oldest of eight children, Tammy learned responsibility and leadership at an early age. After the tragic loss of her father when she was four years old and the passing of her mother when she was just nineteen, she helped her grandmother raise her younger siblings. These life experiences instilled in her compassion, perseverance, and a deep desire to serve others.
At the age of twenty-three, Tammy experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ that transformed her heart and gave her a new purpose. Soon after, God called her into evangelism and ignited within her a passion for reaching the lost, encouraging the broken, and helping people discover hope and healing through faith.
For more than twenty years, Tammy has faithfully served in ministry through evangelism, teaching, mentoring, prayer, and community outreach. She was licensed as a Missionary and Evangelist in 2010 and has dedicated her life to sharing the love of Christ and empowering others to overcome life's challenges.
After experiencing the unfair loss of her employment with the State of Missouri, Tammy turned adversity into opportunity. Through faith and perseverance, she founded 4-Wind Ministry and launched her work as a Business and Christian Life Coach, helping individuals grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Today, Tammy serves as an author, speaker, coach, and nonprofit leader whose mission is to bring hope, healing, and transformation to individuals, families, and communities. She believes that every challenge can become a testimony and that every person has a God-given purpose.
Her life's mission is simple: to love God, serve people, and help others discover the abundant life found in Jesus Christ.
The vision for 4-Wind Ministry was birthed from Tammy's own journey of loss, resilience, and restoration. Having experienced hardship firsthand, she understands the challenges many individuals and families face. This understanding fuels her passion to provide practical support, mentorship, advocacy, and faith-based encouragement to underserved communities throughout the St. Louis region.
